Warrantly does not create user accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, and no server-side profile to delete. Your warranty vault — receipts, invoices, extracted metadata, and claim dates — is stored on your device only.

1. Delete individual items (in the app)

Open Warrantly, select any item, and choose Delete. This permanently removes that item and its attached images and extracted metadata from your device.

2. Clear demo data (in the app)

If you loaded the sample household, open Settings → Demo data → Clear demo household to remove every demo item in one step. This affects demo content only; items you added yourself are deleted individually using step 1, or all at once using step 3.

3. Delete everything by uninstalling

Uninstalling Warrantly removes the app's entire local database and all stored documents from your device in one step. Because the vault is never uploaded to our servers, uninstalling leaves no copy with us. This is the fastest way to erase everything.

4. Analytics and advertising data

Warrantly collects app-interaction events and device identifiers for analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) and advertising (Google AdMob). To remove or reset these:

5. Purchase history

Warrantly Pro purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us. We store no payment details. Purchase and refund records are held in your Google account — see Google Play order history. Deleting Warrantly data does not cancel a subscription; manage that in Google Play → Subscriptions.

6. Request deletion by email

To ask us to delete any data associated with your use of Warrantly, email info@m4infotech.com with the subject line "Warrantly data deletion request".
