These Terms govern your use of the Warrantly mobile application and this website (warrantly.m4infotech.com). By using Warrantly, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Warrantly helps you store proof of purchase, track warranty and return windows, and export claim dossiers. It is a productivity utility — not legal advice, not an insurance product, and not a substitute for merchant or manufacturer claim processes.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by the App Store / Play Store for your region.
3. Your content
You retain rights to documents and metadata you add. You are responsible for having the rights to store and process those materials on your devices.
4. Free and Pro
Free and paid features are described in-app. Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are billed by Apple (or Google when Android ships) under their store terms. Restore purchases using the in-app Restore control.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Warrantly to infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access to network devices you do not own or administer, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
6. Disclaimers
Warrantly is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that OCR will be error-free. Always confirm critical claim fields before filing with a merchant or OEM.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, m4infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Warrantly, including denied warranty claims based on incomplete or incorrect user-entered data.
8. Privacy
See our Privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms when required by law.
